Called at 7:40am about no hot water, had a tech named Marcus at the house by 11. He showed me the failed element, quoted $214, and was done before lunch. Nobody tried to sell me a new heater.

Third company I tried for the panel. The first two ghosted after the estimate. Marlow & Pine pulled the permit themselves and handled the inspector. The invoice matched the quote to the dollar.

We use the $39 plan. Honestly it paid for itself when the AC quit in June and they had someone out the same afternoon while our neighbors waited nine days.

Before you book.

Something not covered here? Call the office — a person picks up, not a queue.

(984) 555-0142

Do you charge to come out?

A $69 trip fee applies to diagnostics only, and it is waived entirely if you book the repair. Estimates for planned work like panel upgrades or water heaters are free.

Are your technicians employees or subcontractors?

Employees. Everyone on our trucks is W-2, background-checked, drug-tested and carries our insurance. We do not sell your job to a third party.

How fast can you actually get here?

Standard requests are typically scheduled within 48 hours. Active leaks, no-heat and no-power calls are dispatched same day, including weekends.

What if the price changes once you open the wall?

We stop and re-quote before continuing. You approve the new number in writing on the tech’s tablet, or we close it up and you pay the original diagnostic only.

Do you pull permits?

Yes — for all panel work, service upgrades, water heater replacements and HVAC changeouts. Permit costs are itemized on the estimate, not added later.

What payment do you take?

Card, check, ACH or financing through Wisetack for jobs over $1,000. Payment is due when the work passes your walkthrough, not before.
